Please note that the term "custom reports" used below refers to the first 13 reports in the reports list (Agent Full, Client Customer, etc.). These reports were specifically created for WPMLS to match the reports from XMLSweb. The rest of the reports are all Rapattoni standard reports.

As of April 12, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Directions to Property was added to the Full Detail display for Rental listings.
  • School information was added to the Full Detail display for Condo and Coop listings.
  • Photos on listings in the Archive now display properly.
  • The default Sort order for search results was set to sort by Status, Area and then Price.
  • On Multifamily Agent Full reports, the duplicate sale information was removed and the Listing Date was added.
  • When searching by Village, duplicate entries were removed.
  • On the Client Gallery report for Sold listings, the listing office, owner name and compensation fields were removed.
  • Additional fields were added to the Flyer report.
As of March 2, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Zip Code was added to the Status Update View report.
  • DOM now properly display on CMA reports (were missing before).
  • Rental listings - key fields that were missing from the Custom Reports have been added (i.e. beds, baths, sq. ft., etc.)
  • Parking fields were reconverted from XMLSweb to correct any that were originally converted incorrectly.
As of Feb 22, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Listing Office Phone Number was added to the "Quick w Photo" and "Quick no Photo" reports.
  • In Area 5, the school district of Rye Neck was added as an option for the City/Town of Mamaroneck.
  • Days on Market (DOM) is now viewable on the "Full Detail" display,
  • In listing input, a field was added for a Showing Company phone number.
  • On Vacant Land listing input, the "Board of Health Approved" and "Subdivision Possible" fields were made Yes/No drop-downs, as they were in XMLSweb.
  • On Commercial listing input, the "Trans Type" and "Prop Type" fields were made drop-downs, as they were in XMLSweb.
As of Feb 15, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Sq Footage/Available Space was added to the custom reports for Commercial listings.
  • On Vacant Land listings, the Lot Size on custom reports now properly displays the square footage.
  • Hotsheet search results, the bathroom field now display the breakdown instead of just the total.
  • On Public Searches, "Area" is no longer a required field.
  • On the Area Sales Comparison Report (for brokers/office managers), the Area field was added.
  • On Rentals, the following fields were added to the Agent Full and Client Customer reports: Beds, Baths, Rooms, Est SqFt, Furnished & Levels in Unit. (We are aware that there are still fields missing, these are being worked on).
As of Feb 8, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Lot Size/Acreage was added to all custom reports
  • Additional Fees amount was added to all custom reports.
  • Abbreviated City/Town names was removed from all custom reports.
  • Management Agent and Phone now display on Condominium and Co-op custom reports.
  • Days on Market (DOM) calculation was corrected.
  • Reports lists are now alphabetized (custom reports, first 13, followed by Rapattoni reports).
As of Feb 1, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Full Property History was imported.
  • Estimated taxes were added to all custom reports.
  • Full Unit Descriptions now appear on all Multifamily custom reports.

  • All selected Modifications & Exclusions now appear on reports.
  • The Client Gallery report can now be emailed.

  • The Min Down Payment and Min Income Req fields were added to the Co-op custom reports.

  • On the one line grid results, Sold listings now display the Sale price instead of the listing price.

  • Level Descriptions were added to Agent Full report
    • for Rentals.
  • Full Level Descriptions now appear on the Agent Full reports.
  • The co-listing agent name now correctly appears next to their ID#
    • on the Agent Full report.
  • The Deduct field on Co-op reports now correctly displays as a % instead of a $.
 As of Jan 26, 2007 the following issues have been fixed:
  • Virtual Tour link and Additional Pictures link added to custom reports.
  • Sale information (sale price, date, terms, agent, office, etc.) added to all custom reports.
  • Open house End Time was added to the Broker Open House report.
Recent System Enhancements (as of Feb 12):
  • Hotsheet results sort order was changed so that NEW listings come up first, followed by Back on Market, Price Changes, etc.
  • Contacts are now sorted by Last Name.
  • The Mapped Listings Report can now be emailed.
  • The maximum number of listings you are able to print in the 1-Line Hotsheet report was increased to 200.
  • The following options were added to the Attached Documents list: Floor Plan, Rent Rolls, Tax Map and Other.
  • The following Additional Language options were added to the profile setup: Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Mandarin, and Turkish.
