*Faxing Listing Agreements, Status Changes & Other
Documents to WPMLS*
Listing Agreements
As per WPMLS Rules, listing agreements must be faxed in
within 24 of entering into the system. As of Janaury 9,
2007 there is a new procedure for faxing agreements in,
described here; they should no longer be faxed to the
main WPMLS fax numbers.
- Go to Listings / View/Revise
Your Listings
- Find the listing you want to fax the agreement for
and click on the Revise Listing icon
for it.
- Under the heading for Other, click
on Attach External Documents.
- Check off Listing Agreement and
then up top click on Print Cover Sheet.
It is extremely important that you select Listing
Agreement as it’s the only one that is a “private”
document – only viewable by your office and
MLS staff. If you mistakenly fax in an Agency Disclosure
cover page with it, then your listing agreement will
be filed as such and be viewable to anyone accessing
the MLS.
- The Cover Page window will pop up. Print it, put
it in front of your agreement (it must be the first
page) and then fax it to 1-866-270-4104.
It is important to print and use the Cover Sheet as
it contains a bar code so that the system knows where
to file your agreement.
- Please do NOT fax the agreement to the WPMLS
main fax numbers.
Note: If you have the ability to
scan your agreement into a PDF, then you can upload it
instead of faxing it. Follow steps 1 – 3 above and
then at Step 4, click on Upload PDF instead.
Status Change Forms
The rules and procedures for submitting Status Change
Forms HAS NOT CHANGED. Please continue
to fax these to WPMLS at 914-681-6044.
Other
Documents
You also have the ability to add other documents to
your listing, via fax or PDF, by following the same
steps listed above. Some other documents that may be
faxed: Agency Disclosure, Lead Paint Disclosure, Property
Condition Disclosure and Property Surveys. WPMLS will
be adding more options as time goes on.
